Fred Dailey on the Issues
On September 6, 2007 Fred Dailey made his official announcement that he is a candidate for Congress in Ohio's 18th District. Joined by over 170 of his family, friends and supporters, Fred made his announcement on the steps of the Memorial Building in downtown Mount Vernon. Dailey said, "We need someone who will represent the 18th Congressional District's common sense values in Congress. At this crucial time in history, we need leaders that have the courage and mindset to seek creative solutions to our most pressing problems. Problem solving and ethical leadership have been the hallmarks of my public service career, and that is the kind of leader I want to be in Washington." "I am Pro-Family, Pro-Life, Pro-Second Amendment, Pro-Worker, Pro-Business, Pro-Family Farmer, Pro-Defense and Pro-America," said Dailey.

Fred Dailey will hold the line on Taxes and Spending The surest way to reduce our tax bill is to elect Congressmen who are committed to lower taxes and less spending. As our Congressman, Fred Dailey will fight to make President Bush's tax cuts permanent and eliminate the death tax.
